Our Story
Our story begins in 1995 when CEO Celly Gallegos founded the company as a small sealant business, driven by a passion for quality and a dedication to excellence. Over the years, Celly’s vision and hard work transformed the company into what it is today: a trusted leader in property management and a wide range of specialized services, including concrete work, exterior maintenance, and coatings. In 2012, PSS was officially formed, solidifying its reputation as a go-to provider for both residential and commercial clients.
More recently, Celly partnered with Scott Solum to expand into the masonry pavers business, bringing a new dimension to the company’s offerings. Together, they run and manage the pavers side of the business, while PSS continues to grow and evolve, providing comprehensive services to meet the needs of every property.
